Thank you for shopping with Shri Ram Associates.
We aim to provide high-quality food-grade ingredients, flavours, colours, preservatives, bakery essentials, and specialty chemicals.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened packets

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer

Food-grade and chemical items cannot be resold once opened; therefore, returns are restricted.

2. Eligible for Return or Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photos or videos as proof

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund after confirming the error.

4. Damaged During Transit

If your parcel is damaged during delivery:

  • Take photos/videos immediately

  • Do not use the product

  • Contact us within 24 hours

We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds may be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway

  • Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Food-grade chemicals and ingredients

  • Colours, flavours, preservatives

  • Bakery items

  • Custom/bulk orders

  • Items purchased during offers or clearance
